William is a three month old Doberman. William is a confident, happy and very playful little boy. He came to us at just four weeks old with a very bad case of demodectic mange, but is recovering extremely well now. As with any larger breed pup, care must be taken with his diet and exercise, smaller walks little and often are always better when a youngster is growing at a fast rate and a good diet is essential.
William is currently in foster with ten other Hounds and gets on well with all of them. He loves to play and for this reason, we would like him to go to a home where someone has plenty of time to spend with him or preferably, to a home where there is another dog he can play with. We would prefer a home where someone is around all or certainly most of the time to ensure he stays a happy and confident dog and to ensure that he develops into a well behaved and contented adult. Housetraining and basic training will need to be continued with William, and we would like him to be taken to training classes for basic training and to ensure he becomes a well socialised adult dog.
William is wormed, flead, microchipped and vaccinated. Any potential adopters must be willing to have William neutered at around six to nine months old. William must either come back to our vets for neutering or veterinary proof will be required that this has been done as stated in the adoption agreement.
William can be homed both locally and nationally dependent on a successful homecheck.
