Wilson – 4 year old male Hound Cross

Wilson is a 4 year old Hound type boy who loves, loves, loves people and has a very kind soul. He would make a great Pets as Therapy dog as he loves to be touched, loved and adored and this is returned in bucket loads. Wilson is choosy about which dogs he likes to be with. He is better with dogs his own size and he likes the ladies, but cannot live with cats, rabbits or small furries.

Wilson is fine in the home and loves nothing better than to snuggle up to his humans at night for a cuddle

Wilson loves his walks and is happiest out and about. He does have a tendency to wander off if he gets on a scent which most hound homes will be familiar with.

Wilson came into us from Turkey for some treatment on a foot that had been damaged. Unfortunately we were unable to save his foot so his leg had to be amputated but that doesn’t affect this lad in anyway. He is just as active as other dogs and loves walks. He needs a home with people around most of the time as he just loves to be with them.

Wilson is neutered, chipped, vaccinated. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet Wilson in her foster home in South Wales.

If you are interested in adopting Wilson please read about our rehoming process and complete a Pre-Adoption form ( link here ) and one of our adoption coordinators will contact you for a chat.
