Worthington – 5 week old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier

This is Worthington, he is only a tiny 5 week old Staffordshire Bull Terrier boy and the vets feel far too young to vaccinate, so when he reaches 6 weeks old he will get the vets special ‘at risk’ vaccination. This is a vaccaintion that is done at 6 weeks old for puppies who have parents that are unlikely to be vaccinated.

He is a dark brindle in colour and considering he has been taken away from his mum way too early is a healthy and happy boy. He was found trying to be sold on a street corner about a week ago, which would have put him at just 4 weeks old. He was taken from the sellers and bought into rescue.

Worthington would like to go and live with another dog. He is very playful with them I would like these dog skills to continue. He is being bought up with cats and smaller caged animals. With correct socialisation skills I would like to see these traits continue.

Worthington cannot be homed with children under 10 years old under any circumstances. He is just a baby and does not need to be pulled about by them. If you want to adopt Worthington then it is on the condition that he is castrated at 5 months old. This will be followed up and checked on.

Worthington will be vaccinated, wormed, defleaed before he leaves. He is too delicate to microchip at present and this must be done at the time of castration. He will be available for adoption in two to three weeks time.
