Xiana is a 4 year old female Cross-Breed. Lovely girl Xiana is a large breed with a fawn coat and two white front feet and a pretty tricolour face. Very Sociable and sweet girl. Xiana is a submissive dog that has never had any problem with other dogs.
She is shy and afraid of people at first but also very affectionate once she feels confident. Her level of energy is medium. She likes playing with other dogs; she is sociable and playful but not boisterous. She has been in contact with children and reacted very well, even better than to adults. She has gorgeous stripes.
Xiana loves walks and cuddles, she likes to stay close to her person. She will be extremely loyal to her owner. She’s smart and would learn quickly. Sociable with other dogs she is in a foster home with children at the moment. She was brought to the pound in 2014, when she was just one year.
We don’t know anything about her past but she seems to have been abused judging by how scared she is of people (she trusts women more than men). She was fostered in January 2018. Xiana stands at 63 cm x 92 (25 x 37 inches) and weighs in at 35 kg (77 lbs).
Fosterer’s report: She can stay home without a problem, she is home-trained and doesn’t cause any mess at home. She is patient and gentle with the kids and very obedient when going for a walk. She doesn’t pull at all, it’s very easy to take her out. She enjoys meeting new dogs at the park.
She is very shy at first but she enjoys cuddles and is more affectionate every day. Current location is in a foster home in Solihull West Midlands. Vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, Spayed, Microchipped, Pet Passport, FREE 4 weeks Pet Insurance. Any known health issues NONE KNOWN.
For Dogs coming from Spain and Portugal: This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering, parasite treatment and transport to the UK.
We can not home dogs from Spain or Portugal to people who work, even part time. They need someone at home all day, they are not used to being alone, so even a couple of hours broken with a dog walker will be too much for them to cope with. They are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
Adoption Fee : £ 275 – to be paid direct to the Spanish/Portuguese rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account.
