Zuckie – 7 year old female Japanese Akita
This is Zuckie, a well-behaved and pretty Japanese Akita girl of 7 years old located in South Yorkshire, looking for a new home. Having spent her whole life around children, Zuckie is well used to kids, however she would be best placed in a home with older children to give Zuckie a break from toddlers. Initially shy, our assessor found that Zuckie was soon keen for treats and a fuss – she will happily sit and lie down on command, has not ever shown signs of food guarding or aggression. Keen on the outdoors, Zuckie walks well on the lead and currently sleeps outdoors in a garden kennel at night.
Zuckie is spayed, could potentially live with another dog pending successful introductions, and has a strange but endearing obsession with baby wipes! Could Zuckie be the missing part of your family? Please get in touch or see the forum for more information.
