Angel and Clara are brother and sister Chihuahuas. They are 3 years old and currently living in a foster home in Cyprus. Our charity rescued them from an abusive home where they were left in the blazing sun, with no shelter, food or water.
Angel has lost the sight in one eye. Our vet thinks this was caused by being hit. However, this does not affect him in any way, and he is a lively, happy boy. His sister Clara is the smaller of the two. They both are well bonded, enjoy being with each other, and we would like them to find a home together.
They have been in their foster home for a few weeks now. Their foster mum says they are loving, happy dogs. They are shy when they first meet you, which is not surprising given their background. However, they still want to trust people and once they know you, they will happily curl up on your lap to enjoy cuddles. They are good with children too, once they are settled and get to know them.
We are determined to find them a forever home in the UK where they will be safe and loved. They are currently living happily with other dogs in their foster home. We hope to find a family who will open their heart and home to them. They will make terrific family pets as they get on well with humans of all ages.
Prior to their flight to the UK they will receive the vet preparation required, vaccinations, be microchipped, neutered (spayed) and have their entry passports prepared. The adoption donation required to help cover the flight and related costs to get them both to you in the UK will be £700.
If you are interested adopting these gorgeous dogs and giving them the life, they deserve then please contact us. We will be very happy to chat to you about our adoption process and answer any questions you may have. It is much easier than you might think!
ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A HOME CHECK. Full post adoption support is offered by our charity.
