Buenos Dias Humans! My name is Augustin but my friends call me Agu. I’m 2 years old and I’m a Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz. In the old days I was used for hunting rats in the wine cellar and that is how I cane to be called a Bodeguero. I had a bit of a rough start in life and was abandoned to the rough streets of Córdoba and was found by a kindly lady who took me in. Her name is Maricarmen and she has been getting me built up and used to living in a home. I’m now a happy boy and am used to living in a home and I’m therefore house trained. I’m sociable with other dogs and my breed are well known for being great with children. We love to play.
Before me Maricarmen helped another very poorly dog but a rescue in Scotland came to her aid and she is now living her best life outside Glasgow in Scotland. Maricarmen has told me that I too can find a new home in the UK. Spain has terrible problems with lack of neutering and overbreeding do my foster Mum knows that UK is the place for me. She trusts Aunty Carolyn and her rescue to find me a safe and happy future. Hope says it’s green and rains a lot- not dry and Dusty like Spain. She tells me she has a great life with her own warm comfy bed, she is allowed on the sofa and even gets taken out to the pub.
I really want that new and dog friendly life. I’m waiting patiently and would love done initial training do we can bond- they tell me they have 6 week village hall courses to learn to sit and stay- I’m so excited. I’ll be the best boy I can for you and you will be rewarded with a best friend as long as I’m in this earth.
If you are interested in Agu he will be neutered, vaccinated, blood tested chipped, wormed , flea and tick treated and have all appropriate DEFRA import documents.
We need an application form completed, a Homecheck and rescue donation to cover cost of transport to UK.
