Bailey is a 7 year-old male lurcher. He’s 25″ to the shoulder. (Mum was a greyhound x whippet, dad unknown)

Bailey was rehomed by Lurcher Link 5 years ago. Sadly his current owner is no-longer able to care for him and so he is looking for a new home.

Bailey is toilet trained.

Bailey is fine to be left home alone for reasonable amounts of time.

Bailey travels well in the car.

Bailey knows some commands : “sit”, “down”, “wait”, “look”, “come”.

Bailey has not had the exercise he needs recently due to his owner’s ill-health. Unfortunately this has meant that he has become reactive with other dogs and can be anxious at times – for example at the vets (due to the proximity of other dogs).

For this reason we think Bailey would be best rehomed somewhere where he will not meet many other dogs on his walks, while his new owners work on building his confidence and resolving this problem.

Not suitable to live with cats.

Bailey has previously lived with children.
