Bella – 7 month old female Lurcher

Bella is a 7 month old rough coated female Lurcher. She is a gorgeous little girl with a lovely temperament. She can be nervy, but her foster carer is working hard to get her over her fears (traffic, sudden movement. Typical pup, can be destructive at times. She is not totally clean in the house yet but this is being worked on. She is good with calm children of various ages. She is great with other dogs, very playful. She is not yet tested in cats.

Bella is looking for an experienced owner who is home for the majority of the time. Any adopter needs to be prepared to continue socialisation and training. Bella is in foster in Shildon, County Durham.

Hounds First Sighthound Rescue rescues and rehomes sighthounds including Lurchers, Greyhounds, Whippets and Salukis as well as other types of sighthound. We operate throughout England, Scotland and Wales. All our dogs are placed in warm and loving foster homes where they are carefully assessed and, if needed, rehabilitated. All Hounds First rescue dogs are neutered where possible and given full veterinary treatment, microchipped and vaccinated wormed and deflead before going to their new homes.
