Bella is a beautiful larger sized, lady of a certain age (about 10 years old) who looks like a Labrador cross Husky. She was taken in by our rescue after being kept chained and beaten by a not very nice man. She is the most sweet, gentle and kind old girl you could wish to meet. She walks nicely on a lead, is clean in the house and is great with all other dogs.
Bella did have a home offer, but sadly she started having seizures about 3 weeks after she arrived and her potential adopters decided they no longer wanted to take her. She has been to the vets and is now on meds which we are sure will keep the seizures at bay, but apart from the 4 seizures, she is in perfect health.
Bella needs a nice peaceful home where she can be the centre of someone’s universe, because after everything she has been through this is the very least she deserves. Bella is currently in foster near Glasgow.
If you think you have a Bella shaped hole in your heart and on your rug please pop onto our website and complete a pre adoption questionnaire (the second form down in the contact us section) and someone from the rescue will be straight back in touch.
