Bella is an 8 month old female Cross-Breed. She was found abandoned in the street in rural Hungary with a rope tightly tied around her neck. We’re hoping to find her a loving home so she’s not losing precious time that she should be spending in a family instead of a shelter.
She was very timid when she was rescued but she’s started opening up nicely in the shelter. She can still be a bit cautious around people on the first introductions but she soon becomes a friendly cuddly girl once she sees you mean no harm.
She was very submissive with dogs too in the shelter initially and she was wary of bigger dogs. She is now playful and happy around her doggie mates and her fears have slowly faded away. She is also friendly with cats and could happily live with a feline friend.
Bella would be best suited for an adult only home where she is not left alone for long periods of time. Children over 14 will be considered. She will need to be given time to settle in her new home and her socialization and training will need to be continued. She is a lovely girl who deserves the best home.
She could potentially live with a friendly, well balanced doggie mate, but she could be equally happy living as the only dog in the household. As all rescue dogs, she will need love, patience, time and commitment from her adopting family to become a happy and well balanced doggie.
She is experience with rescue dogs essential. No first time owners please. Bella is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family is found for her. She comes fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved paperwork. The right owner will need to agree to have her spayed once fully grown. The adoption is subject to Home Check and Adoption fee. Full RBU provided.
