Belle is a 2 year old female Chihuahua cross Daschund who has sadly come into rescue because her owner died leaving her and 2 other dogs homeless. Belle is a sweet kind matured little lady who is a bit bewildered right now about everything that’s happening to her. She is timid when she first meets people until she gets used to you, then she is fine after coming round on her own terms.
She enjoys going for walks and stands like a little meerkat when things spark her interest. She hasn’t been exposed to a lot of things so finds the big wide world very interesting. She needs a quiet home with patient understanding adopters willing to bring her out of her shell. She’s an odd little cookie who is nervous yet confident both at the same time.
She is fine with all the dogs here in foster, she did do a big bark at our Great Dane on first meets but has been fine since. I suppose that is semi understandable. She can be cat tested if required. Due to how nervous she can be when faced with noisy situations we won’t be accepting applications with resident young children.
Belle is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and will be subject to a home check and adoption donation. She will also come with 4 weeks free insurance and a voucher for a box of free food.
