Benji is an 18 month old male Cross-Breed boy being fostered in Gloucestershire in family home with other dogs. This lovely boy actually was in our care last year and has unfortunately come back to us through no fault of his own and his very heart broken owner felt she had no choice because of life changes.
Benji has not changed he is still the most lovely boy he was when he was with us before – we have tested him again with cats to make sure he is still cat friendly and he is – he has met lots of other dogs and still loves them all. Amazing recall. He can be a bit shy and although he is living with children now we think he would be much happier with older children (teenagers) or adults he just gets worried by the noise and quick movements kids can make.
With new friends so sociable with other dogs be lovely for him to have a brother or sister. He is a good size not too small and not too big and just a really smashing dog – he travels well – there is nothing negative to say about him except he can be shy at times and a bit spooked if lots of noise and people. He has a lovely temperament, is clean in the house and sleeps on his bed at night – his previous owner has obviously put a lot of work and love into him and its very sad for both of them.
Benji needs a wonderful home for life – we did not get it wrong last time its just unfortunate – would love to have a home with another dog as a friend – a country home will suit him better with a couple – someone is going to be extremely lucky to have this lovely dog.
Benji is neutered, vaccinated, chipped, we have wormed and fleaed him – if you feel you could be the right match you need to email us for our questionnaire in the first instance.
