Blue – 3 year old female Labrador cross Husky

Blue is a 3 year old female Labrador cross Husky. She is big, bouncy and full of life and energy. She hasn’t been given much direction in her life and so she will need a home that has experience of big, strong dogs and will continue her training with positive reinforcement and encouragement. Due to having Labrador in her, she is very food orientated and this will help with her training.

Blue is strong when out for a walk and so will require continued training in this area. Blue requires an adult only home, or with older children 16+, with no other pets so all the attention can be on her. She can be very excitable when meeting dogs out and about due to lack of socialisation before coming to us – hence the need to be the only dog.

Blue loves her humans, but doesn’t like to be left for long periods of time so someone who is around most of the time is ideal, at least to start with until she knows being left is not a bad thing.

Blue loves to play with her toys and is extremely sweet natured. She loves nothing more than a cuddle!
