Bobby is a 5.5-year-old medium to large male cross breed.

Hello my name is Bobby and I LOVE humans, tall, short, young, old although my foster mum thinks that because I love humans so much, young children might find me a bit “in their face” but only because I’m desperate for them to love me too.

I am in foster care with two other dogs and a cat. The cat stares at me but loves to sleep with me and I like that.

I am learning how to play with my foster brothers and tug is my favourite game as I’m not fast enough for chase.

I would like a garden to play in. My foster family are teaching me how to walk nicely on a lead and say they are super proud of my progress.

I like other animals but LOVE humans so happy to be the only dog if needed. I would love a permanent family. I eat anything you put in front of me, food is great, it’s helped me learn to sit and to wait.

My foster mum says “Bobby came to us thin, overgrown nails and a coat that required attention. He was a sweet lad, confused, unsure, and nervous.

Over time, Bobby has shown how loving he is to people.

He is our shadow, where we are, he is there. We have 2 grandchildren who visit often. The 2 yr old pushes Bobby away if he gets too much and Bobby listens.

The 1-year-old is too boring for Bobby, even though he is crawling. Bobby has gone from stealing anything edible to allowing us to have supper on our laps undisturbed.

Bobby, could I’ve with or without another animal, so long as he has a human/s that will allow him to love them. He is working hard on his recall, but this is not perfect.

He will sit now when asked and knows wait so that a door can be opened without him dashing through. Bobby is a cracking dog.

He has zommie moments but is generally a very calm and loving dog”.

Bobby was saved from the dreadful Lancram kill shelter and was given a passport age of 11 by the Romanian vet but a UK vet has suggested he is much younger and is around 4-6 years old.

He is medium to large in size with an even bigger heart. Bobby is in foster in Felixstowe.
