Bowie is a 1-2 year old male Husky Cross. It is easy to see where this beautiful boy got his name. He is a lovable boy who is looking for a more active home where he can become part of the family.

Poor Bowie was sadly found neglected in Romania and in need of some TLC to gain some much-needed weight and condition. He is estimated he will be around 20kg when back to a healthy size and shape.

Bowie is a clever, friendly, energetic boy who has lots of love to give his new home. He is quite social and gets along with everyone he meets.

Bowie also shares well with the other dogs he is around in his kennel environment. Bowie will need someone willing to commit to his training, to help him as he settles into his new life.

With being found as a stray he needed some time to get used to home living and things that go along with it – housetraining, lead training, command training. Bowie has been vaccinated, microchipped and has been fully health checked by a vet.

Bowie is underweight currently, so his rescuer is helping him gain some condition before neutering him. This will mean he will be ready to travel to his new home around mid-December.

We would love for this boy to be able to travel to his new home as soon as he is ready, so would be happy to consider potential adopters for him ahead of this.
