Poor Callie was abandoned in village and showed many of the signs of neglect and abuse – underweight, fleas and ticks and very nervous and hand shy. But oh my, despite this, what a ray of sunshine she is.

Full of joy and love with a beautiful personality and temperament. Even though the shelter is tiny, cold and overcrowded, Callie gets so excited and is so pleased to see her rescuer daily .

She is so happy for the company and regular meals – it is as if she knows she is now safe.

Callie is fantastic with everyone and everything she meets. She gets on wonderfully with dogs whatever their size, boys or girls and is friendly, playful and very sociable.

She likes and gets on with cats and loves children. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once she gets to know you, you have her heart.

In seeking her forever home Callie would be happy to live with other dogs, cats and children over the age of 10 years.

She will need to continue with her training, but being so eager to please and to receive kisses and cuddles, she will be a joy to train. A secure garden would be needed so that she can play and explore and have owners who will enjoy taking her for lovely walks.

Callie is ready to fly to the UK and put her paw print on some lucky person’s heart – is that you?
