Cezar is a medium sized Cross-Breed of around eight years old, fostered near Norwich. We agreed to take Cezar after seeing a video of him in the Botosani shelter in Romania. He was crying pitifully at the bars of his cage and looked completely lost and forlorn. All of the dogs at the shelters are pretty pitiful but something about this one compelled me to ask for him to come to us.
Nothing about this boy has made me doubt that decision. Upon meeting him he still invoked in me a compulsion to wrap my arms around him and never let any harm come to him. He is painfully thin, has muscle wastage where he has been confined and deprived of exercise. He looks tired and emotionally battered but he is still the most loving, trusting and humbling dog you would ever have the pleasure to meet.
Cezar is calm, placid, adores children and gets on well with other dogs and cats. It won’t take long to restore his tired body and we hope he will have many years of love and pampering ahead of him. The dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless they are too young).
