Chyna is a 8 year old female Lurcher Cross. She was an unclaimed stray, she has now been in rescue for over 5 years. She is approximately 24″ to the shoulder. She is brilliant with people, very obedient.
She is happy to be crated, very quiet in the house, not destructive when left. She is house trained and she walks beautifully on the lead most of the time, but very strong and powerful if she decides to pull. She will need to be muzzled if walked in busy urban areas (where there might be lots of cats, small dogs, squirrels etc) as she has a strong prey drive.
She can be rehomed in a more quiet rural location. She can be a bit prickly with other dogs if they are too forward or rude. She is not suitable to live with cats and she be rehomed as an only dog.
She is not suitable to live with children or the frail elderly due to her boisterous strength, she’s quite capable of knocking them over while jumping up with excitement.
Chyna does have giddy moments in the garden / paddock when the best response is to keep out of the way as you know it if she runs into you! She is neutered, microchipped & vaccinated At LURCHER LINK RESCUE, near Halifax, West Yorkshire.
