Clarey is a Lurcher she is approximately 6 years old, she arrived into rescue in the middle of winter with her 10 3-day old pups. She had given birth in a make shift shelter and was doing her best to keep her babies alive in freezing conditions. Clarys pups have all found homes but sadly she has not had one single offer. Clarey is one of the sweetest loving girls you could ever wish to meet, she gives the most amazing cuddles and kisses and is very affectionate and loyal. She is very clean in the house and is quite good on the lead although she is a little scared of busy traffic and large lorries, so any new owner will need to be aware of this, keep her safe and build up her confidence.
Clarey enjoys a car ride and gets great pleasure running around with other dogs in the garden, her other favourite things are big soft beds especially quilts and food. She will train easily as she likes to please and she likes food ~ a winning combination. This fabulous girl can be left for around 3 to 4 hours per day. Clary can be a bit scared of men – so she will need time to get used to and trust any men living in the home or visiting, with a little time she will love them too. Clary will not be able to live with cats and she will be best suited to living as the only dog in the home or with a male dog. She is a very fit and healthy girl fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed.
