(Rehomed) Cobus – 7 year old male Great Dane Cross

Cobus is a 7 year old male Great Dane Cross. He is a gentle soul looking for his forever home. He is lacking in confidence and can be easily spooked by loud noises, boisterous dogs and sudden movements. Larger dogs can make him retreat and nip in fear, he much prefers the company of smaller dogs.

He has never shown any aggression to people and would love to be inside laying down calmly beside you. Before being fostered he spent a lot of his life lying on concrete which left him with sores on his legs.

This boy would love nothing more than a comfy bed to call his own. He accepts the lead for walks but we would suggest quieter places initially that wouldn’t worry him too much.

He is a big foody and would follow you to the moon and back for a treat! This love of food is the key to helping with his training and building his confidence. A pocket full of treats can re-focus him even in situations or environments he finds unsettling. He is currently in foster in the UK.
