Corny is a seven year old medium sized Cross-Breed, fostered in Rugby, Warwickshire. When we too Corny into our care he came with the unenviable title of “longest stay dog in the shelter”. Sadly that’s five years we can never give him back but we can make his future a whole different story. Corny’s life experiences have left him cautious around people but still curious enough to want to be around them. He is now enjoying walks and excited about the world around him. He enjoys the company of other dogs and would like another dog to live with in his new home.
Corny needs a bit of patience and understanding but time and kindness will result in him being a more confident and affectionate friend and companion. Sometimes when all a dog has seen is the dark side of humans and can just take a little while to prove we have an alternative side but Corny is beginning to see this and dare to believe it’s true.
Our adoption fee is £250. They are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless they are too young). If you are interested please message or call between 9am and 6pm.
