This beautiful boy is Coti, a 3.5 month old male Cross-Breed. He was abandoned on the doorstep of a worker at the pound in Northern Spain, and was taken to the pound the next day. Coti was so scared there, as the place is damp, lonely and cold, with lots of bigger dogs stressed and barking. He is now with us, safe and we can write a whole new chapter for him.

Coti is a Cross-Breed, he is short-legged and although we predict a small-medium size once fully grown, we can’t guarantee this as both the mother and father are unknown and so he could grow bigger or weight more than expected (please keep that in mind!). We don’t know what breed mix he is, so open-minded adopters to looks and size of their future companion is a must.
Coti has been learning about the good side of people, that it’s fun to receive attention and fuss and to socialise with humans. He has the typical sweet nature of a puppy, ready to learn about the world and be taught everything a dog needs to know. Coti’s socialisation with other dogs will need to be kept up in his new homes, as will socialisation with new people.
He is a very playful and energetic boy, so a doggy friend of the same energy level would be a plus. He loves to get attention from humans and cuddles. Coti’s future family has to be aware that he is like an unwritten book, meaning that he will require patience, time and training both indoors and outdoors (e.g. walk on a lead, to be housetraining, to travelling in a car, to greeting new people, to understanding the rules and manners of a home etc. ) and that it will depend from the education, training and socialization that they will give him, which will form the adult dog to who he will grow in future. That’s why we are looking for dog experienced people who currently already have a dog at home or did have one or more in the past.
Coti is fine with dogs, but he can’t be tested with cats, children or other kind of animals. The education of a puppy is time intensive and we want that dogs which require more time like Coti to be the priority. That is why we are looking for an adult only home or for families with older children who already have other dogs living at home and are used to live with them.
Coty is ready to start his journey to England or Wales (NOT Scotland) as soon as his forever home comes forward. Coti will travel with his pet passport, microchipped, vaccinated and tested for Mediterranean diseases. Also a spay/neuter contract will be signed, via which the adopter agrees that the puppy will be neutered or spayed when the time is right. If you believe you can offer Coti his forever home and you’d like him to spend the next 10-15 years with you, please get in touch with us.
