Crunchie is a gorgeous little pup aged approximately 14 weeks old, she is currently on foster in East Surrey and it is thought she is a Terrier cross Lurcher of some sort. She is very quiet and not at all yappy like a lot of terriers. She has a lovely soft coat which is slightly long and slightly wire coated. At a guess, she will probably be a medium sized dog/small labrador size.
She was a stray so sadly no history is known but she is just adorable. She has been with me just over a week now and currently living with my two young children ages 3 and 5, my own dog (a large labradoodle) and has also spent the past week with another little foster puppy that I had. She has been introduced to my cat and will try and chase but as my cat is confident and stands her ground Crunchie was not too bad, but would probably chase a more nervous cat. I had the pleasure of fostering Crunchie for a couple of weeks and sadly she did go to a new home but after 4 days they returned her as they had not owned a previous dog and obviously did not understand the needs of a puppy. She is a typical puppy and will therefore need an active home and someone who is around most of the day and of course who does understand a puppy’s needs.
Crunchie would make a great agility or flyball dog as she is very fast and can jump really high, she also seems very intelligent. She is a typical playful pup and will make a loving addition to any potential home.
