Don is a 9 year old male American Bulldog. He is sadly looking for a new home due to a change in his owner’s work hours. Don is a lovable, gentle giant who is very friendly. He is a big boy so would benefit from an owner who is used to large breeds.

Don is okay with female dogs on walks but can be reactive towards bigger males. We do feel that he would be best suited to being the only dog in the home although he does have potential to live with cats.
Don is an older gent and he does have some lameness on his back legs which we will be exploring this further with our vet. Don would be ideal for a retired person or with someone who is around for most of the day as he loves company and attention.
If you like big, goofy dogs then Don will be sure to steal your heart! Please note that Don is not currently at the rescue and is still with his family whilst awaiting a new home.
