Doug is just over 4 years old and is a fabulous little Pug who was saved from being PTS in Ireland. The reason his owners were going to PTS was because Doug had injured his back and as a result had been left doubly incontinent. As anyone who knows me knows there was NO WAY that was happening if I could help!
So Doug is now in Scotland. He is fully vaccinated, fleaed, wormed and castrated. His incontinence is not a problem. His bladder is easily expressed and his random pooping in not an issue (providing he is kept on his existing diet with no rubbish treats) as he poops little pebbles which can easily be picked up and discarded. He has the occasional dribble when he’s just woken up but there are lots of fabulous products on the market to keep to help keep him and your home clean.
Doug loves people and is great with other dogs and ideally we would like to see him in an experienced home where the owners are at home most of the day. He walks beautifully on a lead and happily sleeps in a crate on a night.
Before Doug is rehomed he will be going to the vets for spinal x-rays as his last owners were unable to provide copies.
