Duke is a six year old male Pointer. Duke is a very handsome boy!
Duke was handed in to the shelter we work with in North Spain by a hunter as he was no longer wanted. He has a slender and elegant figure, he is of medium size and a balanced character and is respectful of the other dogs at the kennels.
Duke currently shares his kennel with a female Setter. He shares the space without problems including at dinner time.
Duke is a little shy if he doesn’t know you, but he quickly gains confidence and approaches timidly seeking cuddles and caresses.
His recall is good within the confines of the shelter but it would be a different matter on an exciting walk. He loves to run around the enclosure and stretch his long legs.
Duke’s date of birth is 4th June 2019.
If you are interested in giving wonderful Duke a home, he is available at Setter Brittany Pointer Rescue. Duke is currently in Spain but he is ready to travel to his forever home in the UK.
