Eddie is a 5 year old male Jack Russell Terrier. He is looking for a calm home without children. He is described by his previous owner as a good boy who has some guarding issues but has never bitten or attacked anyone. We agree that Eddie is a good boy and that his guarding issues can be managed or avoided. Resource guarding is not a sign of a naughty dog just a sign of a worried dog.
We are still assessing him but we can say that he is a loving companion, a lap dog and a typical Jack Russell Terrier. He has not reacted to our cats or chickens and he is good with other dogs, though not playful with them. Eddies greatest loves are a ball to play with and a lap to sit on. We would welcome enquires from Terrier experienced homes where there are no children or visiting children.
Please note that we are a small charity with limited resources and are unable to reply to every enquiry that we receive. We will contact you if we feel that you might be suitable to adopt Eddie. Please only apply by emailing us with your details and the home you can offer, and not by telephone.
Eddie is being fostered in TW12. Homevisit and adoption donation apply.
