Eren is a four-month-old male German Shepherd cross, part of a pair of siblings rescued from an outhouse near a public swimming pool in Cyprus.
Found with his brother Spike, both pups exhibit adorable traits, with Eren distinguished by his foxy ears. As they approach four months in February, they are ready to embark on a journey to find their forever homes.
Spike and Eren, initially timid upon arrival, have gradually become more receptive to cuddles and strokes. Their playful and clumsy interactions showcase their eagerness to engage with humans.
While it’s suggested that they may be Shepherd crosses, their adult size is anticipated to be at least medium. Prospective adopters are encouraged to provide a moderately active lifestyle, early training for mental enrichment, and the establishment of a strong bond.
The brothers, sweet-natured but still wary of strangers, will benefit from homes offering routine, stability, and patience. The preference is for individual homes, as it is believed they will make better progress apart.
Both puppies seek residences outside busy city environments, away from loud noises and busy roads. Ideal homes include those with children aged 6+, provided they are not too boisterous, and access to a garden is preferred, considering the pups’ unfamiliarity with indoor living.
Spike and Eren would welcome homes with other dogs for companionship and play, though it’s not mandatory. The siblings are currently based in Cyprus, ready to travel once they find their forever homes.
The mention of their breed is an educated guess, and their age estimation is based on veterinary assessments.
