Faith is an 8 year old female Cross-Breed. She is a lovely, laid-back young lady with a kind and nurturing personality.
Faith is the ideal companion for a family looking for a peaceful, amiable dog. She is searching for someone who can relate to the fact that once upon a time She had nothing.
Faith is a great and loving friend if you can just give her a little faith.
Faith forms a very close attachment with her “special person,” therefore she worries when she is separated from them for an extended period.
Faith is looking for someone who has the time to spend with her at home but also gains her confidence in being left for short periods. Faith in public shelters up until today.
Faith was saved from the worst public shelter. In that environment, she was incredibly vulnerable because she couldn’t bear the weight of her leg. We finally got her to safety and away to the vet for immediate scans.
Sadly, the leg was at some point broken and not treated and healed. it was in Faith’s best interests that the leg be removed. Fast forward many months and she is doing incredible.
The surgery is healed and Faith is now pain-free. Faith will need a home that is going to ensure she doesn’t pile too much weight on and affect the remaining limbs.
Faith’s not going to be able to run marathons but nice slow walks will be perfect for faith. She walks well on a lead.
Faith toilets independently and doesn’t need any further medical treatment other than weight management. Our beautiful faith needs a chance.
