When I first arrived at the Centre I was a little unsure of my new surroundings and new people who were caring for me.
The team think that someone may not have always been kind and gentle with me because I take a little time to trust new people. I just want to be sure that they are going to be nice to me.
However, I have grown in confidence and continue to flourish because everyone is so nice to me here. I thrive on praise and tasty treat rewards. I will be a very loyal and loving companion and am looking for a new owner that will understand I may need a little time to adjust to a new routine and to build a bond of trust.
I am looking for an experienced adult only home where I will only be left for very short periods of time initially until I feel content and settled. A nice secure garden to play in is essential and I would like to be the only pet in my new home but it would be great if I could make a few new doggy friends so we could go for walks together.
