Gedeon is a 1 year 9 month old small Cross-Breed boy (shoulder height: 35 cm, weight: 8 kg). He was found as a stray in rural Hungary in October and no owner could be tracked as he had no microchip. He’s been living in a dog shelter for the past 2 months and he is looking for his forever home.
Gedeon has a nice temperament, he is very attached to people and wants to be around you all the time. He’s good with dogs too, he especially loves playing with puppies and smaller dogs. If he is not interested in the other dog he just walks away, doesn’t go into a conflict. He has no aggression in him at all towards anyone, he is quite a tolerant dog. He is quite playful with dogs and humans and is very much people orientated.
He’s not really bothered by the cats at the shelter, he tends to ignore them. He walks nicely on the lead but he is not walked regularly so he may need training. He currently lives in an outdoor kennel and he tends to be clean in the kennel and starts barking if he has toilet needs which indicates for us that he may be house clean.
Gedeon would be best suited for a family without or with children over 14 who are happy to spend precious time with him and would not leave him alone for long periods. He could live with a friendly small doggie mate but he would be equally happy living with his family to care for him only.
Gedeon is currently in Hungary and can travel to the UK as soon as the right family is found for him. He comes fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea and tick treated, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved paperwork.
Adoption is subject to Home Check and Adoption Fee.
