Henry is a 1-2 year old male Cross-Breed. He is full rescue back up in the U.K. from the Meadow of Hope Dog Rescue.

This sweet boy, not even a fully grown dog then, wandered the streets for days. Unlike many other dogs, Henry was not afraid of people.

Henry walked up to each one of them hoping for a home, help, or just some food to go through another day.

His fate turned the day one of the S-PAS association volunteers saw him, stopped the car and he just jumped in.

This story best describes what helped him survive alone, he took no chances, and when he saw an opportunity he went for it!

So what strange luck would it be for Henry if someone gives him a chance and does not miss out on an opportunity as great as his?

Henry is now a young (around 1,5 years old), middle-sized dog that needs a firm authority life companion. Ever since he was found on the street, he spent his time in foster homes.

From all the fosters we have had clear feedback about him not being an aggressive dog, just a baby in need of love and care that did not have the opportunity to learn how to behave during his life on the street.

Henry shared his living space with other dogs, cats and babies and did not have any issues. Also, he knows well how to behave in a house or a flat, but like any dog, needs some time to adjust to new spaces and people.

In the photos presented, you can see him with short fur, but his hair grows very scruffy, Terrier-like, but softer.
