Our stunning little Holly is now ready to find her own home! Don’t be fooled by this cute little button of a greyhound girl and her butter would not melt face she is a total diva and we adore her. Holly is 3 years of age and landed with us here at Greyhound Gap last November. It very very quickly became obvious something was wrong and we nearly lost this sweet girl when she rapidly and alarmingly dropped 5kg and was suffering from some nasty bowel issues. We then got the devastating news that she had tested positive for IBD (irritable bowel disease) and we were worried like so many she would not recover. However, after a course of B12 injections and a change of diet to fish and potato kibble and regular worming as if by a chance of a miracle Holly recovered and quickly!!! She is now back to normal and from a fish and potato diet only she seems to have a strong stomach and munches away happily on chicken feet etc with no ill effect. Holly has been lucky enough to make a full recovery.

Holly is in foster in Staffordshire with 2 male Lurchers and a very very bossy female lurcher and after the female Lurcher made her life hell to begin with they now get on well in the main. Any angst instigated is by the other female not Holly. Holly is a very easy little girl to love, she adores people and is fabulous with children and will be fine with dog savy children 6 upwards. She does not have an immense prey drive and is great with other dogs but we would not trust her with cats. We do feel without other dog company though Holly may struggle and would not necessarily settle as an only dog bless her.
Holly is vaccinated, kc vaccinated, de flead, de wormed, microchipped, spayed and has had a dental. She really is a tiny little pocket rocket weighing only 22kg and would be an easy first greyhound for a family new to the breed, she is just a happy little minxy girl.
