He has spent most of his life in a pound in Cyprus, so, understandably, he is a little shy when he first meets you, but quickly trusts and looks for love, cuddles, and attention.

He loves to play and run, balls are his absolute favorite, and playing fetch. Playing has given him even more confidence, so this is a clear way for him to learn and progress. He is an excellent boy with other dogs, he can share his sofa with another happy playful dog or be an only dog as long as his humans will spend time with him.

He will need an abundance of balls! He is happy to also share his food and treats and he is lovely at meeting new dogs and playing with them. He is quiet at night and time will be needed to settle in a home as we don’t believe he has been in one since he was a little puppy.

He is starting to enjoy his walks but is a little nervous about traffic. His recall will need a lot of training with further training in managing his excitement in some circumstances and shyness in others, when out and about. Loud traffic noises are unknown to him.

A home with no cats, children over 10 years old and a lovely garden where he can run with his balls and play fetch would be perfect. Hulio is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, had clear blood tests, and is a healthy boy.
