Jack is a 4 year old male Jack Russell Terrier Cross. He was found by the side of a busy highway alongside Danae, a Kokoni Mix who is also now in our care and looking for a home. He was taken to the safety of our kennels but was very unhappy and frightened there, so now he is lucky to be living in a foster home whilst he waits for his forever family to find him.
Jack is a typical Terrier. Happy in the garden exploring and investigating, but also happy to have the attention of his human. When he is happy he has his ears up high and carries his tail proudly. He is a calm and gentle boy who gets on well with humans of all ages and would be happy in an adult only or a family home. He is currently sharing his foster home with many other dogs and would be happy to share with another dog in his new home or be the only pet.
We do not know how he will react to a cat as he has not met any since coming into our care. Jack needs his forever home to have a safe and secure garden for him to relax and play in. He would also like a family who will include him in the family fun and adventures that they have.
Jack and Danae have clearly spent some time together before being rescued and it would be lovely if they could find a home together. But this is not a necessity and we are happy to separate them if need be to find them the perfect home. Jack’s foster mum says he is a kind boy who gets on well with her own dogs and the other fosters she has waiting to fly home.
Prior to his flight to the UK he will receive the vet preparation and vaccinations required, be neutered and microchipped, and have his entry passport prepared. The adoption fee required to cover the flight and courier costs as well as the related preparation costs to get him to you in the UK is £500.
We would request £175 of this when he is reserved so that we can get him ready to fly home and then once the flight date is confirmed we would ask for the remaining £325 to cover the cost of the flight and courier.
If you are interested in this super, cute boy who has the most soulful eyes, then please contact us. It would be lovely if you could tell us a little about your garden, other pets, times Jack may be left alone and ages of any children as well as give your best contact number so that we can contact you.
We will be very happy to chat to you about our adoption process. It really is much easier than you might think. Our charity in the UK is also here to provide full rescue back up.
