Jackson – 4 year old male Shar-Pei

Jackson is a stunning 4 year old male Shar-Pei. This stunning four year old Sharpei is typical of the breed in that he is initially unsure of new people but once he warms to you he’s a snuggly cuddle-bum who gives ace kisses.

He has been in foster for a week now and is proving to be the perfect house guest – he’s so low maintenance when you’re home- happy to have a fuss, potter round and then have a snooze.

He’s fine to be left for reasonable periods, travels well in the car and is simply adorable. He would happily walk for miles a day and would love an active home. He is looking for a home with experience of the breed or willing to follow our advice very carefully and to meet him several times before adoption.

He came from a home with a young child so could live with children 6+ in the right experienced family. He’s slightly reactive to dogs on walks but if corrected he does listen and with a confident owner this can be overcome.

He needs a pet free home. Sharpeis are a quirky breed but we adore them and if you love the breed you’ll adore Jackson. He’s neutered, vaccinated and chipped.

We try to help as many of these as possible through providing help with rehoming, foster homes and help to owners wherever possible to ensure that the animals remain safe, looked after and loved until a new forever home can be found. For every animal we help we provide homechecks, vaccination, neutering and microchipping and lifetime back up if anything should go wrong in their new home.
