Jenny – 2 year old female Greyhound

Absolutely stunning Jenny is just 2 years old and what a sweet, gentle, biddable little girl she is. Jenny is so petite and adores her humans she loves to be loved and told what a fabulous little girl she is. Jenny is only a petite little thing bless her and looks a little lost in our big kennels but now she is spayed we are hoping to double her up with one of our boys soon and hope she is looks less lost. Jenny has been lovely with all the people and dogs she has met since landing with us here at Greyhound Gap and out and about has walked like a dream. She travels well, works hard to keep her kennel clean and can be rehomed with dog savvy children 6 years and upwards. She isn’t though cat friendly. This girl is also really clean in her kennels.

Greyhound Gap
Greyhound Gap

Greyhound Gap is a small independent charity set up to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome greyhounds and lurchers who find themselves in a ‘put to sleep’ situation in UK pounds. Funded almost entirely by donations, we rehome around 150 dogs each year. We can have around 40-50 dogs at any one time in our kennels based in Kidsgrove, Stoke on Trent and a further 30-40 in foster homes. Greyhound Gap operates on a national basis so our dogs can be homed throughout the UK subject to a suitable home visit being carried out.

If you are interested in adopting a dog from Greyhound Gap, we would ask that in the first instance you could take a few moments to complete our pre-adoption questionnaire if you have not already done so: http://www.greyhoundgap.org.uk/our-dogs/pre-adoption-questionnaire
