Hello, my name is Juniper I may only be 4 month old German Shepherd Cross but I’ve had quite the life already. Eli for Animals found me and my siblings as young pups. We were all very sick, I was a fighter and survived, one of my sisters too (who’s already adopted). I got healthier and healthier, vaccinated and prepared to travel. I am currently fostered in South Norfolk.

I arrived in England on 21st May. I’m doing well in my foster home with other dog friends, small animals and a cat. JJ the cat is playful like me but my foster mum has to make sure I don’t upset JJ as I do have my crazy moments. I’m learning to adapt to my new surroundings, all these strange noises in the home from things that spin to a box that speaks. I’m getting to grips with toilet training and sleeping through the night (as long as foster mum is near). I’m learning to walk on a lead and just had my first walk. There were so many new smells to explore.
Foster mum is sad she can’t adopt me so is doing her best to find me my perfect home. I need someone who is patient, understanding and kind. I’m not looking for an army drill sergeant thanks!! Us dogs are always talking to you humans so it’s important you understand us and can read our body language. I respond very well to positive training, I’m smart so learning lots. I wouldn’t mind living with or without a dog pal.
If I go to a home with other dogs I hope they will be fair to me and not constantly grumpy. I could live with other animals if the human is up for some training. It’s also important I have good quality food for my development. I’m going to be a big girl. I’m already as tall as my springer spaniel foster brother.
If you’re interested in adopting me please write to Eli for Animals and give us as much information about yourself and lifestyle as possible.
