Karvan is a medium to large size 9 year old male Cross-Breed. He was another of the Public Shelter dogs saved late 2015, he was like so many others a skinny neglected dog when I met him on my December visit. Fast forward a few months and he is a different dog, he is in great condition and so full of life now, all thanks to our rescue angel Florentina.

Karvan is a lovely boy, he has lots of energy and will always be one of the first to meet you at the gate. As he is a little bouncy we would prefer a home with older children only. We are unsure how Karvan is around cats, and are not able to test this currently.

Karvan is pretty confident, and at times bold. He lives okay with the other dogs but has shown a bossy side most of the time. With this in mind we would ideally like Karvan to have a home where he doesn’t have to share his family. For the right home, we would consider another doggy who is laid back, ideally a nice submissive female who can show him the ropes within his new home.

Karvan is just so eager to please, he will do very well at his training class that is required within 3 months of arrival. This will hopefully show him all the basics and allow him to learn a few manners to help the transition into his new home go smoothly.

Our boy Karvan is just a sweetheart, he has waited all his life for someone to love him and is now praying we can help him find his very own forever family. Please share his profile to help us with this, or if it’s you that he is waiting for then please don’t delay and complete the adoption application form and someone will contact you.
