Katie is a 1-2 year old female Saluki Cross. She is a beautiful little who weighs approximately 17kg.

She’s currently in Oman and was rescued off the streets when she was just a puppy with her siblings. Katie is very sweet and very friendly once she knows you.

She has a typical Saluki personality in that it’ll take time to win her trust but once you have it, you will have yourselves a cuddly and affectionate girl.

Katie is good with all other dogs and lived with cats before coming to the shelter. She has no experience around children so a home with older children is a must (10+).

Katie needs a home with experienced dog owners and would ideally go to live with another dog.

Our dogs are rescued from the streets of Oman where they live terrible lives, often suffering abuse, starvation, fatal car accidents and victims of shootings.

They’re primarily wadi dogs, a type of mixed breed sighthound and make wonderful pets. They’re incredibly loyal, loving and intelligent.
