Klaus has a sad story. He was originally a pet and lived in a house but when his owner moved abroad he was given to a friend, a hunter but the hunter decided he did not want him and he was handed into the shelter we work with in North Spain.
Klaus seems to get on well with other dogs but he arrived at the shelter fairly agitated so he is not sharing a kennel yet. This gorgeous young boy is struggling in the kennels at the shelter. He has lived as a pet and must be confused and stressed by the changes in his life. He is very stressed at the kennels and so has not been tried with the other dogs although he greets them at the fences and seems to have no issues with them.
It is hard for us to establish what home would suit him best while he is so stressed and for this reason he will go into a foster home in the UK in February to help us define what he needs in his forever home.
