Leda is a 2-5 year old female Braque d’Auvergne (French Pointer). She is a resilient spirit and a gentle nature. She has a medium-sized build and is full of love and affection. Leda is currently in Cyprus and ready to fly to the UK once adopted.

Leda arrived at the shelter in a terrible state. She was skin and bones thin, had anaemia and was also diagnosed with leishmania. However, she responded well to treatment and is now in great shape and can lead a happy and fulfilling life.

Her recovery is a testament to her strength and resilience. Leda has an exceptional temperament, making her a joy to be around. She is very good with people and is extremely friendly. She thrives on human interaction and enjoys forming strong bonds with her caregivers.

In addition to her positive demeanour towards people big and small, Leda gets along well with other dogs. She has demonstrated good social skills and can happily coexist in a multi-dog household.

Leda’s food motivation is a helpful trait for training and reinforcement. She responds well to treats and can be easily motivated to learn new commands or tricks.

One of Leda’s commendable qualities is her lack of destructive behaviour. She has shown no tendencies to chew on fixtures or engage in any destructive habits.

When it comes to walking, Leda walks well without pulling. She understands leash etiquette and will make your daily walks a pleasant experience.

Leda is a truly special shelter dog who has overcome adversity and is now ready to embark on a new chapter of her life.

Her friendly nature, compatibility with dogs and kids, food motivation, and well-behaved demeanour make her an outstanding choice for anyone seeking a loyal and loving pet. A devoted and affectionate companion.

By giving Leda a forever home, you will not only gain a loyal friend but also provide her with the love and care she deserves.

We would like to find Leda a family where she will have a lot of love and attention, a loving home where she can thrive in a relaxed and harmonious environment.
