Lola is also good with cats and chickens. She can be a little fearful of people coming into the house and will bark but more out of fear than aggression. Continued desensitisation to strangers would be required.
She likes to have her crate as her safe place. Lola likes antlers to chew on and a cuddle on the sofa. She likes playing with other dogs in the home but can be particular about the ones she meets on a walk. She either wants to play with some of them, or will bark and then walks on past with others. Lola prefers voice commands and praise on a walk rather than treats. Lola walks well on a halti type lead.
She can be a fussy eater and is normally on Harringtons dry kibble and some tinned food but she is still on a special food for nursing mothers at the moment. She should take a week or so for her milk to dry up and would need her old food slowly introduced. Favourite things are cheese and carrots! Lola has not yet been spayed, but this would need to be done and would be the responsibility of the adopter. She is currently being fostered in Nottingham.
