Lucy is a 5-6 year old female Shih Tzu. Lucy is a lovely girl who has come to us as she is no longer required for breeding. She is quite nervous of humans so must be re homed with at least one other similar sized confident dog to help show her the way and build her confidence. She would like new owners who are around for most of the day and older teenagers only please. Lucy is doing well in foster and is a really nice little dog.
She is nervous around people so a little time and patience will be needed to allow her to settle and learn to trust in her new owners. She is walking well on her lead and house training is improving although a few accidents should be expected initially.
Lucy travels well in the car and is both clean and quiet. Lucy will make a wonderful companion with time and patience and as her confidence grows. She is doing well in foster but still has a little way to go before she is calm and confident with humans.
Lucy has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped, she is up to date with flea and worming treatments and has also had a full dental with scale and polish. Lucy is currently on foster in Chichester East Sussex.
