Please meet our lovely little girl Lulu. Lulu is a 5-7 year old female Cross-Breed dog. She is very gentle natured, kind and calm little.
Despite everything in Lulu’s life, she has managed to survive the life as a street dog and still got a wonderful temperament and is very loving, whilst also being a very good mummy dog, probably to numerous litters and more so recently to two lovely puppies. She looks an older dog as she has a grey muzzle but obviously is young enough as she has recently become a mummy dog to two lovely little puppies who will be up for adoption very soon.
Lulu is a very content dog who is no problem at all. She greets you in the morning with a little dance and is always up for a walk over the fields with the other dogs in the household, both younger, bigger and more energetic than her and also older than her. She gets on well with them all!
When Lulu goes out on a walk, she likes to be off lead and usually trots along beside you but now and again has a mad five minutes running around getting the younger dogs to play chase with her. She beats them all as she can turn on a sixpence and she really can be quite fast! She also trots off up in front with the others if there is something to explore but never wanders far. However, you must put her back on the lead before you get to the end, otherwise she can choose to have a deaf ear and can be obstinate in waiting for you to catch up with her!
Lulu is a very quiet dog but also is very endearing. Her foster mum loves her to pieces and hopes that a new owner will give Lulu everything she wants. She doesn’t like to be smothered in cuddles and is more that happy to sleep in her own bed. She doesn’t jump up on the furniture either but she certainly does like to be recognised with a bit of fuss and a tasty treat and is a wonderful companion.
Lulu is good when she meets people and other dogs out on walks and even leaves the cows alone, but she would chase a cat away.
Therefore, Lulu can easily be homed with another suitable doggy companion but no cats. She also hasn’t lived with any children and is not a cuddly dog but could live with older respectful or visiting children and that’s really no problem.
