Magda is a medium sized 10 year old female Labrador Cross. Her passport states her to be ten years old but we think she maybe younger. She was rescued from a public shelter in Romania which was due to be closed when all remaining dogs were due to be killed.
The shelter was notoriously hard and most of the dogs rescued from there were terrified of people and needed rehabilitation. It has been two years since her rescue but she only got her chance to come to the U.K. a few weeks ago.
Magda is a sweet but slightly nervous girl, especially around some men. She is still quite active and is now enjoying her walks and a comfy bed. She likes being made a fuss of but doesn’t yet come looking for it, this may change with more time.
Magda is looking for a forever home with lots of love and attention and could be on her own or with another dog. She could live with a family with older children if they respect her space but no cats. She needs someone fairly experienced and patient with enough love in their heart to work towards the day that she will love them back. Magda fostered in Camberley Surrey.
