Unfortunately, they likely contracted a virus while in the womb, leading to suspected cerebellar hyperplasia.

As a result, their coordination is poor, and they occasionally topple over.

Despite these challenges, Max and Alma exhibit intelligence and resilience, already devising ways to navigate their condition and make life more manageable.

Both puppies are incredibly endearing and display affection towards humans, as well as enjoying playful interactions with each other, engaging in games of “bitey face” for a significant portion of the day.

Remarkably, they demonstrate a commendable ability to sleep soundly through the night and energetically bounce around during their waking hours.
