Millie is a 2 year old female Beagle cross Pug. She is now ready to find her forever home, after coming to us in December. Her owner feels she hasn’t got the time she deserves and as she can be dog reactive on the lead (but not off it) she feels she hasn’t got the time to try and train her out of it. This seems to be more through wanting to play them than any kind of aggression.

Millie is fantastic with children. Her previous owner is a childminder so Millie has always been around children, from babies to older children, and she is perfect with them. Millie has never lived with other dogs but has regularly had doggy play-dates and has no problems with them at all. She also lived with a cat and they were firm friends.
Millie needs an active home as she is always on the go, plus she will need a firm handler she does have an obstinate streak! She can be very mischievous but this just makes her more fun!
Millie also pulls like a tank on the lead and while this has improved with some training in foster, she still has some way to go before walks are more enjoyable.
