Milo is a 5 year old male Jack Russell Terrier. He is quite a timid dog who takes time to trust new people but once he has formed a bond with you. He is a friendly and playful boy. He is very food motivated so it does not take long to make friends with him.

Unfortunately Milo has recently displayed aggression whilst on a trial at a home which can be explained in more detail if you wish to inquire about him. He will need an experienced owner, preferably someone who has owned Terriers before and will allow him time to settle at his own pace. If he is pushed into a situation where he feels uncomfortable he will snap.

Milo can be okay with some dogs but he may react to others, therefore we do feel that he would be best suited to being the only dog in the home. He cannot live with cats.

We are looking for a home for Milo where his new family are able to spend several weeks at the rescue building a relationship with him, this will then progress into a slow introduction into the home so please do bare you location in mind should you wish to inquire about him. Milo’s new family must be prepared to work with our behaviourist in order to help him settle and feel secure.

Milo will need an adult only home, free from visiting children and without any children planned for the future. He would benefit from an active home with someone around for most of the day.

Milo is a cheeky, fun character who thoroughly enjoys walks, playing with toys and tasty treats! He desperately deserves another chance with an patient and experienced owner.
